Tech support is available to families in a variety of ways.  If you have technical issues with your device, the Help Desk team is available by calling (253) 841-8600 Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

In addition to technical support, the District has launched "Family University," a collection of quick-tip videos and resources for families and students to get up-to-speed on a variety of District sponsored tools and platforms.

Videos focus on topics such as:

•  Office 365 Tips
•  Clever
•  Caring for your computer
•  Home Access Center (HAC)
•  Microsoft Translator
•  And more!

 The production of over 40 quick-tip videos is in direct response to family feedback received at the end of the 2019-20 school year. Family University is a learning resource for families and students providing training on District technology tools and platforms that support a full-time Continuous (Distance) Learning model for fall.
